At the gym glasses or contact lenses?
At the gym, it is best to use contact lenses for the simple fact that the freer our bodies are, the fewer distractions we have, the more we can focus on training and perform at our best.
A pair of glasses can slip on the nose due to sweat, fog up due to heat, damage us in case of accidents with gym machines.
One can certainly do sports with glasses, but if we tolerate contact lenses, it will certainly be more comfortable to work out without prescription frames.
